• Applicant information — when you apply to a role screened through the Service: your name, phone number, email, the role you applied for, your responses during the AI phone interview, and the resulting call recording, transcript, and score.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as device and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct a demo.
• To place AI phone screens, score candidates, and share results with the hiring team.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Calls and text messages (SMS)

HireWorker.AI operates this recruiting and SMS messaging service on behalf of MyProMovers. Phone numbers and SMS consent collected here are used to send calls and text messages by or for MyProMovers about your application. This consent is never shared with third parties for marketing.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and/or SMS text messages from HireWorker.AI related to your inquiry, a scheduled demo, or — for applicants — the job screening process.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and your SMS or calling consent — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing.

Service providers

We share information only with trusted vendors that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, and AI providers). These providers may process information only to perform services for us, under confidentiality obligations, and not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law.
